You are plainly false. The state does operate essentially mandatory
concentration camps for children in which statist and religious propaganda are
administered to the inmates. Technically those inmates do have the right to
not participate in the brainwashing recitations, but are usually not informed
of that right. Further, the state encourages a social atmosphere in which the
inmates will punish through varyingly barbaric means any other inmate who steps
out of line so much as to assert the right to not participate.
You can delusionally pretend that everyone has such rosy rights all you want,
but that won't solve the problem.
