I'm delighted too for now, but isn't this a decision of the Ninth Circuit Court
of Appeals, one of the more liberal bodies? I assume it will be sent up to the
U.S. Supreme Court for their decision-- and I bet we won't be so delighted
then.
BTW the P of A was not even recited daily at the high school I was at last
year, we are not reciting it at the summer school I'm teaching at now, and I
will be surprised if it is recited at the school I'll be at this fall.
