It seems to have annoyed Senator Robert Byrd of W. Va... (I saw him on a
clip that CNN showed storming around the senate almost at a loss for words
in annoyance at "that stupid judge" missing the point of course that it was
a panel of 3 judges that did the ruling so at least 2 must have been in
favor of striking it down...) anything that annoys him is probably a good thing.
