BTW, XPD to OTD 'cause it seems someone is always talking about animal
rights or gun control or violence or the man bites dog argument...so you'd
better look out...they're arming themselves...

DOG SHOOTS MAN
EAST WENATCHEE, Wash. - Michael J. Boyle was shot by man's best friend.
Boyle, a goose hunter out on the lake, was wounded in the leg when a
friend's dog stepped on the trigger of a 12-gauge shotgun, and it went off,
the Douglas County sheriff's office said.
Boyle was in satisfactory condition at Harborview Medical Center in
Seattle after undergoing surgery for multiple fractures.
Boyle and Cory D. Baird were in the boat with the dog Saturday on the
Columbia River.
As Boyle leaned over the side to pull a goose from the water, Baird's dog
stepped on the trigger of Boyle's shotgun, said Douglas County Undersheriff
Dave Wallace.
The gun fired, striking Boyle in the right knee and lower leg, Wallace said.
