If there's a slippery slope to be found here, you might have just hit on
it--it might be justifiable to implant an "insulin regulator" chip or an
"epilepsy suppressant" chip with the parents' consent, if not the infant's.
But one can imagine the "I Love Disney Chip, with Insulin Regulator" without
too much trouble...
