That is stunning. I'm apalled that that can happen. I suggest you read the
follow-on article at the bottom too, but that is terrible.
I mean, the guy is a convicted child molestor, on probation. So, maybe
reconsider his probation or schedule some more therapy[1][2] - something
appropriate. But to convict him in that way is a gross injustice. It seems
so easy to just take a vague law and apply it any way you please, with the
right spin[3]. That is a frightening violation of civil liberties. I
object to child pornography on the grounds of coercing or mistreating minors
- but how can a work of fiction be criminal in a supposedly free country?

[1]Okay, this sounds like trivialising it - I don't want to go into what
constitutes appropriate action, just the legal aspect.

[3]Or do this with the American Constitution - another great source of legal
lunacy.
