Here's a question that has been bothering me for a few years now, so I
thought I would ask one of the most learned groups of people I know.

Q.  Why do service stations in many states(in the east at least) sell
bags of mulch in their parking lots?

Do people actually see mulch as a convenience item like candy bars and
soda?  Has anyone asked for a fillup and 6 80-lb bags of the shreded
cypress bark mulch?

Just wondering?
