Sweet stuff. I am a little slow on the get up here, is this, was this, an
official Megabloks set thing or totally your own creation existing only in
the Megabloks drawer?

The design is my own, though I clearly borrowed the color scheme from IPMII
(thanks to John Neal for the abbreviation).
Typically I design my stuff exclusively with official Mega Bloks elements in
quantities and colors that I actually own so that I can confirm that the
ships/vehicles/whatever can really be built from Mega Bloks. However, I made an
error in a previous design and included two not-yet-available elements in black.
I suspect that they’ll be released before long, but it was an oversight for me
to include them prematurely!
Still, there’s some clear overlap with official LEGO elements, such as the 1x3
slopes, the 2x2 slopes, the 2x2 tiles, and so on, but I own the Mega Bloks
pieces, too, and that’s what I used in the design.
