Dave,
I have built a few apparatus that used one or two clone elements here or there,
but nothing turned out good enough to photograph for my site. Probably only 1 in
5 apparatus that I build ends up on my site. Even though I'm not a purist, I'd
still rather modify LEGO elements to suit my needs then use clone bricks in the
creations. Not that I have anything against clone bricks, I just haven't mixed
them in with my LEGO.
I have seen a few others FD creations that have used a clone element or two, but
they were hard to spot unless you knew what you were looking for.
