The short of it (from the press release):

MONTREAL, Nov. 12 - Mega Bloks Inc. today announced that it has agreed to • enter
into licensing agreements with Disney Consumer Products and its affiliates, • for
the creation of construction toys featuring beloved Disney(R) characters,
including Disney's Winnie the Pooh(R), Disney Princesses and classic • characters
and Power Rangers (R). The Disney agreement is global in scope, while the • Power
Rangers agreement covers all major markets where Mega Bloks distributes its
Micro products, except Japan.

(Incidentally, I have a few Tokyo Disneyland/DisneySea sets, done by a Chinese
company..cheesy parts, but the minifigs aren't that bad)

The upside is that there could be a nice assortment of items. The downside is
that TLC's not involved.

(sigh)
