Hey all, I just saw Lego on University of Maryland University College (UMUC)
Television. The channel is for televised college courses, as far as I know.
I found the show while channel flipping, and it seemed to be about market
choice or something, and the segment was on K'nex. They were talking about
Lego as a competitor, and had some shots of Lego on store shelves, and some
classic ads. The ad was for Pirate sets, from 1990 or 1991, I believe. They
also had some classic ads for G.I. Joe and Transformers (Constructicons and
Dinobots, woohoo!).
