Well, being a past customer of your instructions, I'd say just sell the
instructions. What you have is a design skill, so the simplest way to market
that is through instructions. What you don't have is a factory that makes
bricks. So producing kits is not simple for you and you have to pass on the
full costs plus a profit margin if it is to be economic to you. Most of your
customers probably have a large collection of bricks already and almost
certainly know that they can go to bricklink, PickABrick, etc and get
whatever else they need (so long as you avoid designing with rare parts).
