I'd agree that buyers of LEGO always seem to spend too much on LEGO sets on
eBay. This might work to your advantage as a seller. Also, if you have sets
for which you are not sure of a good asking price, the auction-style format
makes a lot of sense, and eBay auctions seem to have much better visibility than
those on Bricklink.
The other side of the coin, of course, is that you can use Bricklink's pricing
guide to pick a good price for your sets. It might take a little longer to sell
things on Bricklink, but it's very easy to do. And if you mention on
lugnet.market.shopping what you've got, then that might boost your publicity and
speed up your sales.
