The Small Retailer Program does exist, and retailers can get access to a subset
of the LDMI item list. People at LEGO's SRP are very willing to work with
retailers, but there are still S@H exclusives, I believe, that small retailers
can't sell, like the Metroliner. I think the 10170 would be a S@H exclusive,
but I could be wrong.
