Lines? I'd heard that restriction had been lifted, at least partially, but that
maybe there was still a restriction on assortment within a line.
I would love it if even the LEGO brand retail stores would be allowed to order
what sells... more straight track and less curves for example. Never EVER have I
been to a store that was out of curves but had straight in stock.

| (...) Jake would know for sure, but I do believe there is a North American LEGO fullfillment option called the Small Retailer Program. I don't know anything about it but I suspect that product actually comes from LDMI (Shop At Home). Perhaps the (...) (20 years ago, 3-May-05, to lugnet.market.theory)

My impression is that the independents are forced into carrying certain lines in any contract with Lego, and those lines aren't liked by the (...) (20 years ago, 3-May-05, to lugnet.market.theory)
