KB always charges 25-50% over SRP on brand new sets.

KB is basically a toy liquidator, so they usually have only stuff that
manufacturers or other retailers are closing out on. This usually means that
the stuff they have on their shelves is already 6 months dated, or even older.
Most of the time they will mark stuff up over the MSRP, then slowly reduce
prices until the inventory is gone. This isn't awlays the case though, as the
KB's around here still have Insectoids and other old themes at way over retail
prices. I've found that in most cases, .KB's prices are still slightly above
normal, even when they are having a sale - the recent castle stuff being an
exception.

| Hey Y'all: I was recently tempted to buy a few Spider-Man sets at KB when I saw them but was put off by a $9.99 USD price tag. They had likewise jacked up the price on the two Final Duel SW sets. My S@H catalogue shows an available price of $6.99 (...) (23 years ago, 8-May-02, to lugnet.market.shopping)
