Stopped at my local Target yesterday. Checked the LEGO aisle (of course!), and saw the Robotics Invention System 2.0 set on clearance for $99.99, 50% off the regular price. Has anyone else noticed this? I've only checked the one store, so I don't (...) (23 years ago, 2-May-02, to lugnet.market.shopping)

(...) Lucky Duck!!!! I went to my "local" Target, and the "friendly" staff didn't even know what Mindstorm sets, let alone the RIS 2.0. I looked around myself, and didn't see any. (...) Confirmed this with one of the local Southern California Target stores. They are clearancing them out. Don't know why. Now I just have to justify it after stocking up on Star Wars sets from K-Mart! C (23 years ago, 2-May-02, to lugnet.market.shopping)

My local Target has them for $139.99, 30% off. Target.com doesn't seem to have them marked down at this time, maybe they want to clear the stores out first. (...) (23 years ago, 2-May-02, to lugnet.market.shopping)
