From the Spring 2002 catalog, p 21:
"The more you buy, the more you SAVE!
Buy any 5 bags, save 5%
Buy any 10 bags, save 10%
Buy any 15 bags, save 15%
On any bulk element packs purchased from pages 20-21 including Baseplates!"
I would read that as including 3448. But I can also see where it could be
interpeted as only bags of single elements.
