Dearth of LEGO sales this week

Target has 3409 Championship Challenge I for $39.92 this week (less with Mania
mag coupon which expires Dec. 31). In addition they have the blue creator tub
as well as the Duplo tub and 4607 Jack Stone Copter Transport for $15.88.
<Clone Alert> they also have MB transforming Blok Bots for $8.88 each which I
only mention out of the goodness of my heart and because it seems you get a lot
of pieces for your money. </Clone Alert>
TRU has Roborider canisters for $3.49 each. And the TRU I frequent has finally
managed to get rid of their remaining Rock Raider sets, which I suppose will be
beneath the Christmas trees of some poor unsuspecting kids.
And today is the last day of the 50% off HP sets at KMart. Unfortunately my
local KMart didn't have the castle or Hogwarts Express or Diagon Alley shops--
the ones I would have wanted most. :-( And now they don't have any HP LEGO at
all! :-) (And I really had to dig to find the ones I did-- the place was
truly a sty!)
