I have definetely noticed this about my local K-Mart. In fact the local one
doesn't carry any sets over $40. Yet the next two closest K-Marts do carry
good sets, and a semi-decent collection of stuff. My local one hasn't had blue
buckets in at least 6 months or more. Very disapointing.
