This set has been at Zellers for a while now. Is that unusual? According to
this page, http://nt1.pncl.co.uk/huw/view.asp?Set=2963-1 this is a
promotional/HTO type set. Chrome exhautst pipes look cool (perhaps I could
add them to my LEGO Truck?), I'll try to buy one tomorrow when I am
at the mall.

(...) I don't think it's a rare set in the US. I've seen them at Wal*Mart, and I think they're at Kmart and TRU as well. In the US it's sometimes a promotional set, as in, TRU tried to GIVE them away with purchase of any $20 Lego set. At one TRU I saw dozens of them sit there for a long long time.
