This was discussed not to long ago. I too found this discount at Wally
World, with TONS of them on the shelf. The ones here are actually imported.
I am not sure how the price was decided, but here is my guess:
"What should we price them?"
"Oh, I don't know, fifty?"
"What?"
"FIFTY!"
"FIFTEEN?"
"No, FIFTY!"
