Well, some of those coupons get ABUSED. Many of the coupons you find
on any deals site (including mine sometimes) were meant for one
purpose and are being distributed in general to lots of people who
were never meant to see them.
I found one for a pet store on deal-finder last night that actually
appeared to be something the store would do for customers who
complained about an order being late or incorrect - a $10 "we're
sorry" type thing. Being passed off as a "new $10 coupon for store
X".
Some abuse is to be expected, but the smart companies are already
taking an Amazon approach - personalized single-use codes and almost
no general use coupons. Once every online retailer goes to that we'll
have only ourselves to blame...

| As noted before, check deal-finder.com and flamingoworld.com constantly, and DEFINITELY before ordering Lego online from anywhere, to see if there are current coupons. Word of warning, though - there are many times that vendors will cancel a coupon (...) (25 years ago, 16-Feb-00, to lugnet.market.shopping)
