When I talked to one of the employees there (Buffie was not there today), she
specifically said they CAN ship sets that S@H does not carry. All I asked was
"can you ship them?", not "can you ship them, because I heard you can if S@H
doesn't carry them?".
So I guess they are allowed to tell people this.
