On the LEGO US website, if your order totals $99 or more, there is an option (at
checkout) for basic shipping for $0.00. So, it looks like the discount is
automatic - no code needed. I also verified that this discount works for items
that are already on sale. I can't say whether this holds for orders from Canada
as well, but my guess is that it probably does work the same way.

| (...) Thanks for the info. After double checking that it doesn't work for Canada, I phoned S@H. LEGO is aware of the problem and is working on it.
