I see online (S@H shop by catalogue, ship to US) that the US Holiday Catalogue
has been released with free shipping on orders over $99, good through Dec 1st.
Anyone know what the code is in the US or Canada?

| (...) On the LEGO US website, if your order totals $99 or more, there is an option (at checkout) for basic shipping for $0.00. So, it looks like the discount is automatic - no code needed. I also verified that this discount works for items that are (...) (16 years ago, 17-Oct-08, to lugnet.market.shopping)
