The much rumored dual-crossover is now available from the US Shop At Home site,
http://shop.lego.com/ByTheme/Product.aspx?p=7996&cn=139&d=328
This product announcement is bittersweet. The new rail set is available for R/C
trains only, and I hope that readers here will do their best to adapt this
design for 9V trains to run on. Of course, Ondrew Hartigan has, for some time,
specialized in the modification of LEGO 9V tracks to accomodate a wider range of
track geometries. To those of us on LUGNET, he is the one who deserves credit
for creating the original dual crossover for LEGO trains.
