I thought that sounded familiar, so I went to this site and looked at the
article. I then looked for this on LUGNET - This LEGO incident happened last
November 2005!

Either the reporter mis-reported that it was November last year (In November
2005, etc.), or it is sloppy reporting. Based on what I have seen as of late, I
put it in the latter category. : )
