Mike,

The Loyalty card has been in effect since sometime around November of last year
(2004).

It's actually spend $25 and get a stamp, but for the month of June, it's double
stamps--spend $25 and get 2 stamps.  (You should not be getting a stamp when you
spend $12.50).

This is effective for all the LEGO stores (at least for the US stores).  If you
don't see it, ask a sales associate about it!
