This varies by individual store. The one closest to me seems to be adding
5% to MSRP, so the $9.99 sets are $10.49, etc. Some do not add anything.
And some add 10%. It's hit or miss, but it is usually the stores in the
"bad neighborhood" areas that add the most. (My local K-Mart didn't used to
add anything, I wonder what this means for the quality of my
neighborhood....)
