Likewise, I have come to love K-Mart (and the sales). Yesterday I
visited a K-Mart that was a distance from my house. This particular
store is somewhat rural and has no full time toy person. I have been
there before. While mining the clearance aisle (!), a manager happened
by. I asked her the price on a few Lego sets that looked like they were
(or should have been) clearanced. She checked with her handheld
terminal, told me the prices, then noticed how much stuff I had in the
basket. I told her I was going to buy whatever clearance Legos that
interested me. She told me: "just have the cashier call me when you get
up front. You can have half on off all the clearance stuff you want."
I'm happy !
