I agree with Rose - I ordered 5 tubs on the 29th, _after_ the 2/order limit, got
notice on Monday 12/1 that they were checking their stores, but the order
completed and I received the tubs today. Doesn't seem fair my order was filled
and yours was cancelled, but there may be more circumstances than I'm aware of.
Get them on the phone and get a real person to try and account for their
decision.
