(...) It has gotten pretty rare around here too (even with 27+ Targets in the greater metro Minneapolis/St. Paul area). The post-Christmas clearance season has become relatively slim pickings even at 50% off; not much survives to 75% off like it did (...) (21 years ago, 24-Apr-03, to lugnet.market.shopping)
