Good to see Lego Express is dropping, but that's still a steep price.  My
local Target got two of them in when they were released a month ago.  It
still has two.  They might move at $129, but I doubt it.  Drop it to a $99,
and I'm there...

The following sets will be on sale at Target from Nov. 24-30:

4534  LEGO Express $129
10013  Open Freight Car  $13.99
10014  Caboose  $12.99
10015  Passenger Car  $15.99

Knowing that the brand new Target stores near me only stock 2 copies of the
4534 LEGO Express train set at a time, I went in hopes that the store would
NOT have any left on the shelf.  Lucky for me, there were none.

So I wrote down the UPC code and the shelf SKU and trotted to the service
desk.  I got myself issued a Rain Check for 6 copies at the sale price.
Being eternally short of funds, this delay will be good for me.  Some other
day I will have to have a brief meeting with the toy manager at this Target
store to inform him that he needs to order 3 case packs just for me.  I
would love to purchase more than 6, but financially that is not realistic.

Perhaps if I can delay long enough, I will be able to purchase for even less
than the sale price, but I doubt that because this is a new item and a
Target exclusive.  I am not even sure I understand why Target has this item
on sale right now.  Perhaps after other retailers get theirs (after the
exclusive deal ends) then I could understand it.  Being that this item is
overpriced, though, could explain a lot.  But, I am not an economist or a
marketing expert.
