Re: What's in your S@H Surpise Bag??

In lugnet.market.shopping, Maggie Cambron writes: (snip) (...) I got one, which came in a previous order, with the insert, and one mailed separately to me, without it. Based on several years' experience this is pretty typical. (23 years ago, 1-Feb-02, to lugnet.market.shopping)

(...) Uh, well, actually I'm in Northern California (I bet it was the "y'all" that had you fooled wasn't it? Not my hijacking a local thread!)   Re: Cheap LEGO

(...) Agree on all points. The one TM I stopped at had put all the new Lego product on an endcap. The endcap was wrapped in big sheets of clear plastic. (...) What city are you in? I'm in Austin and the South side store had NO Lego at all today. A couple of cases in the back room but I couldn't see what they were. Ron (23 years ago, 1-Feb-02, to lugnet.org.us.texlug, lugnet.market.shopping)

  Re: Wal Mart Clearance Finds

I would imagine from what a local Walmart employee/inside friend told me yesterday is that Walmart will be doing an additional markdown either Friday or Monday.   Re: What's in your S@H Surpise Bag??

Interesting. That's the exact sets I got as well! Though I was hoping for the speed boat or jetski instead of the stunt flyer. What have other people gotten? I think it was worth it for $7.99 - I will probably get another one on my next order. Kevin (...) (23 years ago, 1-Feb-02, to lugnet.market.shopping)
