I found a UCS x-wing last summer that was missing pieces and they had marked it down to $75. I offer $50 for it and the manager took my offer. If the set you buy is missing fewer than 20% of the parts (any more than a few and stores usually send 'em back) then call and they will REPLACE parts (...)
