Chrome HTO sets found in store

I just came across a full display of the chrome castle sets in a KB toy works. I picked up set 4819 that I couldn't get from S@H. They are asking $5.99 a pop for these sets. I thought they weren't supposed to hit regualr toy stores? Hmmmmm. Anyway (...) (24 years ago, 26-Oct-00, to lugnet.castle, lugnet.market.shopping, lugnet.general)

We have a new internet address - www.insidethevault.com! And a new baby if you were wondering why things have not been updated for so long. There are nearly 50 new items on The Vault including many Maersk Trucks, train items, Aquaraiders, Wild West, (...) (24 years ago, 26-Oct-00, to lugnet.market.shopping)

  Re: Lego set #7171 prices

  Lego set #7171 prices

My Target discounted some SW Ep 1 last August and didn't restock any. 1999 SW is totally gone now around New York Targets. (Maybe they sent it to the other stores!) I haven't come across any of the Wal-Mart or TRU bundles either. And I'm looking for (...) (24 years ago, 26-Oct-00, to lugnet.market.shopping)

  Re: Ames Toy Sale

(...) That policy of no rainchecks stinks. Ames is famous for running their Lego sales without restocking first, but for such a highly advertised sale that is set to last for nearly 30 days this policy is very poor merchandising. As it turns out, (...) (24 years ago, 26-Oct-00, to lugnet.market.shopping)

The 2 Ames in my area don't have these sets 'due to the limited supply of the manufacturer', nor are they issuing rain (...) (24 years ago, 26-Oct-00, to lugnet.market.shopping)

Re: 6765 and 6766 (SPECIAL AND LIMITED OFFERS)

Emmanuel, While we're on the topic, recently I was unable to complete my online purchase using Netscape 4.73 on Windows NT4. I had to use Internet Explorer. I wouldn't do that for just any product. (...) (24 years ago, 26-Oct-00, to lugnet.market.shopping)

(...) Try going to preferences and setting the background as gray and the text as black and making it "always use my colors." I've found out that this helps a little bit. I faced the same problem though ... -- Pawel (24 years ago, 26-Oct-00, to lugnet.market.shopping)

Re: 6765 and 6766 (SPECIAL AND LIMITED OFFERS)

Hi Erik, I'm going to try to answer and to help you. Concerning DYA's website, I give you one astuteness: when you arrive on our website, don't select each category. You can directly access on special offers by the third category : choose "discount (...) (24 years ago, 26-Oct-00, to lugnet.market.shopping)

Re: 6765 and 6766 (SPECIAL AND LIMITED OFFERS)

Emmanuel: In the past I have ordered Lego from your old website. The new website is impossible to use. I use Netscape 4.7.6 for Macintosh. To draw each catalog page requires 60 seconds. This is to slowly fill the screen with blue lines! After (...) (24 years ago, 26-Oct-00, to lugnet.market.shopping)
