(...) Actually, my 11/22 order came by FedEx as well, even though I requested regular (i.e. free) ground shipping and didn't call to complain at all. 1. What went wrong? Non-Technical explanation: We messed up. UNIX systems (our stock control) use 1 decimal place, the rest of the known world use two! (...) Yeah, I wished I could see the amount charged to my card on the invoice. I would think it to be in TRU's best interest to do this.
