1. What went wrong?
Non-Technical explanation: We messed up. UNIX systems (our stock
control) use 1 decimal place, the rest of the known world use two! This
problem was originally dealt with when the site was designed, but somebody
forgot to tell the programmer who did the update. This is what happens when
you trust machines!
2. Did anyone get goods at the whacky price?
No orders placed at the incorrect price have been accepted (processed)
by us, in accordance with our terms & conditions.
3. Is anyone at www.thetoyshop.com in sh*t for this?
Mistakes happen, we're only human, and thankfully we have a human boss.
I think all is well that ends well.
