I realize that extra time is to be allowed for Lego putting together a PAB
order, so just wondering how long before there is a problem?
I ordered a PAB selection on Oct. 2. It is still showing as In Process.
So I’m curious as to what is the average wait time for anyone else ordering
PAB from S@H.

I have made several orders. They took 7-14 days to get to me. I am in El
Paso so it takes an additional day usually to get to you. They are not
quick but not terribly slow. They also throw all the elements in together
so if it is a big order it takes time for you to separate, wish they did not
do this. You can also call customer service and see what the hold up is.

I emailed them about this order and they replied that there was a technical
glitch with it during processing. They apologized and said it should be
fulfilled tomorrow or the next day and sent out right after that. Good thing
I did ask - here I thought I was being a pain by not being patient enough!

Up until a month or two ago, I typically expected to wait up to 3 weeks to
receive Pick-a-Brick orders since they were shipping from a distribution center
in Denmark. Now, they must have a US distribution center, since my most recent
order arrived in less than a week.
