Which is actually a violation of law on your part. Check your state law, it will
say you need to remit to them the sales tax on items you receive in the mail.
Not that they bother to enforce it on anything but jewels or furniture, but it
is the law.
But yes, raising the cap, I can agree is shooting themselves in the foot. Say,
Lego would you like to get 100% of the purchase price less a little shipping, or
the measly, at best, 35% TRU is paying you?
