Starting 12/17:

Fee Structure. The new pricing for Yahoo! PayDirect will be based on 2.5% of
the transaction amount plus 30 cents. Any fee you will be charged will be
automatically calculated and displayed by Yahoo! PayDirect before you send or
receive payments, so you will always know what the cost is.
