I'd certainly think it reasonable to trade Technic beams for ZNap. Certainly
you can do whatever you please with your own box (I don't think you should even
feel you need to maintain or increase the value of your box). I suspect there
are a lot of people who are trying to decide to do with all these funny parts
TLC added to the motor service pack, so I wouldn't worry about dramatically
trimming the amount of ZNap. If it's cut down, someone who wants to offload
some will happily do so, if it doesn't get cut down too much, people won't want
to add more for fear of it dominating the box.
