Interested, although mainly for parts.
A quick Dejanews search showed a price of around $40 the last couple
of times they sold. I personally think that's a little high, but like
I said, I wouldn't be interested in them to for the set itself, but
rather for some of the parts.
I wouldn't mind being "Forestmen Complete" because all of the sets
have cool parts. Some people attach a lot more value to getting that
last set to make them complete, though.
