Who are Mail Boxes Etc?  Do they have overseas branches?  Is there a

Cheers ...

Geoffrey Hyde

Mail Boxes Etc is a parcel packaging service.  They provide a packaging
service for the general public, then use your prefered shipping service
provider to deliver your parcel to its destination.   You pay Mail Boxes Etc
for their "expertise" in properly packaging your item(s) for shipping.

Due to the nature of this LEGO Technic display, I feel it appropriate to
give it very proper and robust packaging for any shipping and delivery.
The cost estimate quoted to me by Mail Boxes Etc also provides a
monetary reference point if I were to assemble the proper packaging.

Mail Boxes Etc is not the shipping service.
I do not know if they have stores in countries other than the USA.

best regards,
James Mathis

This display is FOR SALE.

http://www.ee.nmt.edu/~jmathis/technicdisplay.html

This is an official LEGO store display from 1995 or 1996. It contains • built and
displayed models of sets 8440 Formula Flash, 8422 Circuit
Shock Racer, 8412 Nighthawk, and 8230 Police Buggy. Clear plastic • walls
surround the display. The two red buttons on the yellow lid
activate a single sound module with sound effects and a voice-over
advertisement for LEGO® Technic sets. The sound module requires • a
6volt dc power source (not included, but easily available at Radio • Shack®). The
yellow lid contains an interior flourescent light with power
cord. The overall condition is very good. There are some scuffs on the • exterior
edges and the clear plastic walls- but, remember, this was in a
store.

This display weighs approximately 50 pounds.
It measures approximately 39 inches wide, 16 inches tall, and 27 • inches
deep
(front to back).

I ask that the buyer please pay for packaging, shipping, and • insurance.
Due to the size and weight of this display, I took it to Mail Boxes Etc • for an
estimate to have them package it and ship it.
I will discuss packaging, shipping, and insurance options following • serious
inquiries.

This item may appear on eBay.

Thanks for looking.
best regards,
James Mathis
