Ken,
You may want to check out Dan's BrickBay site. It has multiple "stores"
that are run by different people selling Lego sets and parts. I saw at
least two stores selling Black Lego Dragons, but no green ones (neither of
the stores are mine).

Type "Dragon" in the search box at the top of the screen, and click on
"Find".
