As a follow-up, here are some details:

I have 12 boxes, emphasis on *boxes*.  These aren't complete sets, they're just
the boxes and cardboard or plastic inserts.  I undoubtedly have the pieces and
instructions as well, I usually took pretty good care of my Lego; but I'm
really only interested in selling the cardboard wrapper just now. :)

Since I've heard people arguing before over "mint" versus "poor" versus
whatever, I'll tell you my standards:  These boxes are all shelf-worn.  They
universally have wear at the corners, as you might expect.  Most have
compression or crease marks at stress points from being stacked; Many have
small tears near the flaps from being opened by an overexcited child (me).

I'll rate them as follows:
A - no tears noticed, unscuffed faces, etc.
B - small tears or creases, otherwise pretty good
C - wear more apparent - paper may have browned slightly, or scuffing on faces.

Here goes:

A: 6980*, 928*, 6927*, 924*
B: 375*, 879, 894, 8050*
c: 871, 812*, 810*, 103*

* - this box has the original cardboard, plastic, or styrofoam insert.
Cellophane wrap is gone in all cases.

None of the boxes is in terrible shape; ie: no water stains, missing flaps,
etc.  If you're seriously into collecting and box condition matters lots to
you, I could take a few snaps to show you what, exactly, I mean.

If you've got interest in these boxes, e-mail me with the #s you're interested
in.  Tell me about your collection, if you like!  I don't really have the
collector mindset, but I'm open-minded :)  In cases where there's limited
interest, the box may go for the best story :)

Remember that these things might be tricky to ship, since they aren't
collapsed, factor that into your decision of whether you want them or not.

In cases where there's a lot of demand for a box, I might decide to run an
auction, or just take an offer from someone who strikes me as a nice person.

Build, er, collect well!

Hello, all: I have a certain quantity of Lego boxes in storage, packaging from sets I got early on. I don't *collect*, per se, so I don't really have any use for them; however I expect they'd be of use to someone. Most of the boxes are in fair (...)
