To clear up my intentions and past rulings on this situation: This is an offer
to sell to the person making the highest offer within a fixed period of time.
No updates will be posted or mailed to those making offers and no higher offers
will be solicited. This has been called a sealed-bid auction by some in the
past, but Todd has ruled it to be a straight sale and therefore appropriate for
buy-sell-trade (I think there's reasonable room for disagreement on this one,
but just to point out I'm acting within historical precedent). For the
