Thanks for answering for me. Yes, that is correct. It is actually the reason
that Lego will NEVER do bulk sales. When they did, people kept calling up
wanting them to count out a specific number of bricks. You cannot do business
like that in large quantities. I don't want my entire time with Lego to be
just counting out other people's bricks. I actually can pull out 2x4's. The
first 92,000 will go into my personal collection. When that is finished, I
will stop doing this. I just cannot absorb the $16,000 of bricks I am going
to get to make my train tables. If people want 1 stud wide bricks, they can
get all they want from me - in the ratios I get them in. If they want 2 stud
wide bricks, they have to pay me more than I pay for them and also take the 1
stud wide ones as well.
On a side note, I think I may already be sold out of green for my first
shipment of bricks. If this turns into a nightmare, I will just scrap the
entire Lugnet sales portion and just put up big lots on eBay. Everyone here
hates it, but it makes life easier for me and will quite possibly earn more
money.
The only reason I posted the white, black and green deluxe bricks assortment
is because they should sell for a higher price than I am paying and therefore
reduce my costs on the remainder of the bricks.
