I just found set 325(-3) from 1966 on an auction in fantastic, near
mint condition, with the box and instructions and all, a rare and
unexpected find! However, the HO scale "Shell" Mercedes tanker truck
has been lost, probably because it was not recognised as Lego and
therefore sorted/sold with other toys instead.
I am not a die-hard collector, but this item was so fine I want to
see it restored to 100% complete condition.
Thus, I am on the lookout for a spare Shell tanker truck for set 325,
in reasonably well preserved condition if possible, but any condition
is of interest. Give me an offer, and I will consider it.
I could also be persuaded to do the opposite: sell you this 325 set
because you have a nice tanker truck to go with it. Feel free to
make me an offer for that instead if you feel like it. The set is
100% complete except for the truck, most parts look like they have
not seen much use at all, the box is very well preserved with only
minor wear and a small rip to one of the flaps, and the instructions
are in very good condition, with no spots, tears, creases or extra
folds, only some wear to the folds. I will send images on request.
